From Phoenix jump on the light rail going East to Tempe Transit Center.  At the Tempe Transit Center take the 62 bus route to University and Dorsey (about 8 minutes).  At Dorsey exit and walk east about 75 feet to the University Plaza (just pass the Quality Inn) to 1415 E. University Drive.
